We keep sufficient inventory for parts and components for all our vibration plate models, at least for 15 years after the products are sold.
As part of our warranty services, customers can order replacement parts and components from our ecommerce store, free of charge, like remote controls, control boxes, which are easy to replace by customers at home.
If customers can not fix the product at their home, we will pay for round trip shipping to ship the product back to our facility to perform the immediate fix.
