Ten-Year Product Warranty

Starting August 1, 2021, all VT vibration plates purchased in the US come with a 10 year product warranty. The previous product warranty term was 2 year.

We provide the product warranty against defects in material and workmanship. If your product is not functioning properly during the warranty period, please contact us for a repair.

If the product needs to be shipped back to our Minnesota facility for the repair or replacement, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. We will ship out the repaired or replacement machine within 3 business days after receiving the returned machine.

For easy repair, upon your approval, we can send you the needed part of component for you to perform the fix.

All shipping costs related to the warranty service will be on us.

To file a warranty claim, please email to warranty@vibrationtherapeutic.com to initiate the claim process. Please provide the order information and the reason of claim. We will make the warranty process easy for you.

Free 30-Day Return or Replacement

Within 30 days after receiving the product, you can return the product to our Minnesota warehouse for a full purchasing price refund. The product should be returned as new or like-new, and in the original undamaged packaging.

All shipping costs related to return will be on us.

To initiate a return, please email to sc@VibrationTherapeutic.com. We will send you an RMA and a prepaid return shipping label. You will receive full purchasing credit within 3 business days after returned product received in our warehouse. For product or the packaging not in good condition, or any accessory missing, we may charge a restocking fee up to 20% of the purchase price.

Regional Coverage

This product warranty and free 30-day return or replacement policy cover orders from the 48 contiguous states of the United States. For order from Hawaii, Alaska or other regions, buyer will need to pay for the shipping cost related to the return, replacement and warranty services.

Free shipping service is available for any order with the delivery address within the 48 contiguous states in the US. We use FedEx Ground service or equivalent courier services. All orders are shipped from our Minnesota warehouse or from Amazon warehouse through our FBA program. The estimated transit time is 3 to 6 days, depending on your location.

Orders placed before 10am CST on working days will be processed and shipped out the same day. Our warehouse does not operate on weekends and all public holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 10am CST will be processed and shipped out the next working day. Customers may expect some shipping delay during peak seasons.

Within two weeks after you make the purchase, if you find price reduction of the same product at the same store you purchased from, either our ecommerce store or our Amazon store, you can contact us for a refund of the difference between the price you paid and the current price.

This price adjustment policy is invalid if you don't contact us for the refund within the aforesaid two week window. We don't actively notify customers about price change. 

Product registration is recommended. Registration will make potential warranty service smooth in case you lose your order information.

Registration will also allow us to reach you for product safety warning, recall or update if needed. If you purchased our products from a third party reseller, we may not have your order information. In such case, please register your purchase in a timely manner.

If you purchased the products from our e-commerce website shop.vibrationtherapeutic.com, your purchase is automatically registered.

The health benefits suggested or implied in our websites and other product literature is not certified or endorsed by any regulatory authority or medical institute.

The use of our vibration machine is entirely on user's discretion. Please read all instructions before using our vibration machine. We assume no responsibility for personal injury or property damage sustained by or through using our products.
