US Warranty
Our 10 year US warranty covers all replacement parts and repair services in all 50 states. There will not be any out-of-pocket expense for customer for any warranty service. We may have customer to ship the machine to us for immediate repair, or we may ship replacement parts to customer.
Global Warranty
Our global 10 year warranty covers all replacement parts free of charge, customer paying a flat USD25 for shipping replacement parts to any address worldwide that is serviced by FedEx Express.
For over 18000 units of vibration plates we have made and sold so far, the failure rates within the first year of use are break-down as below.
- Control box failure: 1.2%
- Remote control failure: 1%
- Motor failure: 0.2%
Most quality related product failures happen in the first month of use. So far, product failure after the first year of use is rare.
As we continue to improve the quality, the failure rates will be reduced. For warranty services, we will always ship the newest version replacement parts to customers.
Our vibraiton plates feature a modulized industrial design, making our machines self-serviceable and convenient to replace parts and components.
