VT Vibration Plate Quality Issues & Fixes
This page collects and shares known issues and troubleshooting solutions for our vibration plate models VT007, VT009, VT027, and the legacy VT003F. We will continue to add new contents to address issues that the owner of VT series vibration plates may have. Customers' comments and feedback are welcome.
Failure Rates
So far we have sold and shipped 20,000 units of vibration plates, mostly VT003F and VT007. Our records show that, in the most recent 12 month, our failure rates within the first year of use are break-down as below.

Majority quality related product failures happen within the first month of use.
Design & Quality Improvement
We have achieved a significant improvement on the control console of the VT007 when we upgraded the circuit by replacing the electromechanical relay with the more advanced CMOS solid state relay. Units shipped in and after November 2024 for the United States and August 2025 Worldwide are the solid state relay version.
The new solid state relay version console works with 24V DC motor, but not compatible with previous VT007 versions which have 220V and 110V DC motor.
Model VT007 and VT009 feature a modular industrial design that makes parts replacement easy and low-cost. Both models can be fully disassembled and reassembled using only a screwdriver and two wrenches, which keeps our warranty service efficient and economical.
The most commonly shipped replacement items are the remote control and the plug-in control console—neither requires any assembly.
We phased out our legacy model VT003F in 2024 after selling more than 12,000 units. VT003F has been highly rated by thousands of users and practitioners for its performance and effectiveness; however, its design constraints resulted in a higher defect rate, and we ultimately retired the model.
We continue to maintain sufficient replacement-part inventory to support all warranty services.
We will always continue our efforts to improve product quality and consistency and longevity. We are not able to guarantee 100% defective free, but we can always assure you of our superior customer service.
