Buying from our eStore, customers receive the best experience, streamlined processes and convenient after-sale services.
Our eStore is built on the Shopify platform, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest standard for payment data security. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption to ensure your credit card and address information is transmitted securely.
Shopify’s secure payment authorization system does not grant us as the merchant the access to customers’ full credit card information — including the card number, expiration date, and CVV code. Only the last four digits may be visible for reference.
For customers in the US, orders shipped outside Minnesota are not subject to sales tax when buying from our eStore.
Customer order data are properly recorded in our system, including product model number, production batch info, order number, order history, shipping records and customer contact info are all saved and associated. This makes it convenient after-sale services, including return, warranty claim and replacement parts supply.
We ship to customers globally via FedEx or equivalent services. All orders are shipped from our facilities in Minneapolis or Shanghai. The total shipping transit time: United States 2-5 days; international 7-10 days.
International Orders
We sell and ship international without using any local distributors because their added warehousing costs, handling fees, and margins result in significantly higher prices for our customers.
While shipping directly from our warehouses in the US or China to you may seem expensive, the overall landed cost of delivering our vibration plates to your doorstep is actually lower.
All international orders are shipped from our warehouses in Minnesota or Shanghai depending on the order destinations.

Compared to our Amazon Store or Walmart Store
In the United States, we also sell our vibration plates through Amazon.com and Walmart.com.
Amazon and Walmart mandate us as the seller to offer 30-day free return policy. However we offer an extended 90-day free return policy.
After the 30-day period, prepaid return shipping label will no longer be available for downloaded at amazon.com or walmart.com, but you can contact us and we will send you a prepaid return shipping label for the return for a full refund, all shipping on us.
We ship for all Amazon orders and Walmart orders from our warehouse in Minneapolis.
Amazon discourages the direct communication between sellers and customers. We have to use Amazon Seller Central to communicate with customers. In the communication, disclosing our phone number and email address is against Amazon's rule, and subject to penalty. Amazon message system automatically removes all email addresses and web links. Amazon system conceal most customer order information shortly after order completion. Customers have to tell us the entire Amazon order number for us to search the order, and the search result only displays customer's name, city and zip code, making the after-sale service very difficult. Many customers does not closely monitor emails from the Amazon system.
For orders placed on our Amazon store, we need to pay commission to Amazon. Therefore, buying from our eStore, we save on fees and customers save on sales tax and receive better services.
Be Aware of Unauthorized Selling
Listings of our products on Amazon marketplaces outside the United States are posted by third-party sellers who are neither authorized nor affiliated with us,often unknown to us. Purchases made through these sellers may not qualify for our return policy or product warranty.
Fraudulent Sales & Stolen Products
Fraudulent VT007 Listings
The VT007 vibration plate listings appearing on AliExpress are fraudulent.
Criminals list the VT007 at an unusually low price on AliExpress. Once an order is placed, they hack into an unsuspecting victim’s Amazon account and use that compromised account to purchase a VT007 from our Amazon store. After receiveing the order, we drop-shipped the VT007 to the AliExpress buyer, while the victim is left with the unauthorized charge.
We never list our products, and never authorize any other party to list our products on AliExpress.
If you purchased through one of these fraudulent listings, we recommend that you immediately:
- Contact your bank or credit card issuer
- Report the seller on AliExpress
- Check your Amazon account for unauthorized activity
Don't Buy Stolen VT007 Units
In February 2025, 1100 units of our VT007 vibration plate were stolen along with the trailer transporting them at the Port of Seattle.
The stolen VT007 units are sold on the Internet, mainly on Facebook and eBay at low prices.
Los Angeles Police Department has been busy taking care of other multi-million dollar theft cases and simply igore our "little" theft case.
For the stolen VT007, we don't accept return for refund and neither do we offer warranty services..
Don't buy the stolen VT007.
