1100 Units of VT007 Vibration Plate Stolen

The following is a detailed account of the theft incident behind stolen VT007 vibration plates being offered in the market. This information is provided for transparency and to help deter the sale of these units.

For potential buyers, the key takeaway is to ensure purchasing through legitimate channels for a secure transaction and full warranty coverage.

The Theft

In February 2025, a full trailer load of our VT007 vibration plates (1,100 units) was stolen after unloading at the Port of Seattle and transport to a warehouse in Renton, WA.

We immediately filed a police report with the Renton Police Department, where the theft occurred.

After about a month and several follow-up inquiries, we received a message from a Renton detective assigned to our case. He called to verify we were the victim cargo owner.

We provided detailed information about the theft, including relevant parties and their contact information, email and message communications, and followed up with additional supporting evidence as it became available.

At the end of March, we received a report from a customer who had purchased a VT007 on eBay. The seller indicated that they had multiple units available and provided product images. At that time, we were out of inventory due to the theft.

We identified at least two sellers on eBay offering new VT007 units consistent with the stolen batch. Their seller profiles indicated locations in the Los Angeles area.

We immediately reported our findings to the Renton detective. He therefore transferred our case to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Not receiving any response from the LASD, we asked the Reton detective to get us connected to the corresponding LASD detective. He told us he could not provide that information according to some policy...

LASD Responded Briefly...

Three months later, at the end of June, we finally received an email from a detective from the Major Crimes Bureau of Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

He apologized the delay and said he “intended to knock on some doors this week..."

Message from LASD Detective, June 30, 2025:
LAPD not performing

At the time we discovered more listings of the stolen VT007 in more market places, including Facebook and walmart.com. We provided these listings and seller profiles to the LASD detective.

(The seller on walmart.com should be easier to identify than those on eBay and Facebook due to stricter registration and approval processes. This particular seller listed a wide range of unrelated products, suggesting possible involvement in an organized operation dealing in many stolen goods.)

Despite our continous efforts providing evidences that could help locate the thieves and recover our property, the LASD detective simply responded:
"I am off next week so I can take another stab at this the week of the 7th"

That was the last message we received from the LASD, and our email inquires to the dectective were simply ignored.

These stolen VT007 units can be easily recognized, as they were of a new version and, and after the theft, we kept this version uniquely distinguishable.

Thieves at Large, No Action by LASD

Into 2026, more and more stolen VT007 units are listed and sold across multiple online platforms.

Buyers are frustrated when realizing they purchased stolen commodities with no support and no product warranty.

As of April, 2026, still no any message from the LASD.

Where are the Stolen VT007 Units

In January 2026, a California trucking company sent us an invoice asking payment for shipping a trailer load of VT007 from the Renton warehouse where the VT007 was stolen, to a warehouse at Chatsworth, California.

The invoice indicates the delivery was made on March 2, 2025 — two days after the 1100 units of VT007 were stolen.

Come with the invoice was a document packet including billing ladings, delivery orders and warehouse receipts, and deliver confirmation, containing the names and addresses of the trucker, shipper, consignee, payee and the warehouse, etc.

The delivery address was 20743 Dearborn St, Chatsworth, CA 91311.

We immediately transferred these information and the invoice packet to the Seattle detective who told us he has transferred all these info to the LASD.

No any response from the LASD, as of April, 2026.

A Major Seller

Shippping labels received from buyers that purchased stolen VT007 units frequently show the following ship-from address:

Sargis Tovmasya
Tovmas Deal’s
8557 San Fernando Rd
Sun Valley, CA 91352

Google map shows this address as a big commercial building.

Now the theft case and after-theft operations seem to be very clear: real warehouses, real trucking company, real shipper, real consignee, and real sellers — nothing disguise but nothing we can do.

...... Not the End ......

We will continue to update this case as it develops.
