We sell and ship international to the door steps of our customers without using any local distributors.

We sell our products directly to customers without involving local distributors. This direct-to-customer approach eliminates extra warehousing costs, handling fees, and the markup for distributor — allowing us to offer better prices and more reliables service to our customers.

US Version & EU Version
VT007 and VT009 vibration plates comes with a US version and an EU version.

* 110V & 220V versions
Earlier VT007 US version was designed for 110V power supply, and EU version 220V power supply. Starting November 2024, both versions are designed with wide voltage range: 100 - 240V to cover the home power supply around the world.
When ordering replacement control console for the VT007 purchased before November 2024, please indicate your original order number, so that we make sure to ship the right version control console to you.

The power cords supplied with VT007 and VT009 vibration plate fit many types of AC power sockets around the world. However, for some countries, like in Australia and UK, customers will need to replace the power cord with their local ones, usually costing less than US$10.
If you would use a plug adapter instead of replacing the power cord, please ensure the adapter has a ground connection.
Global Product Warranty
Our global 10-year warranty covers the supply of replacement parts for free.
A flat USD25 shipping fee will be charged for shipping replacement parts to global locations serviced by FedEx Express.
We keep sufficient parts inventory for at least 10 years after sales.
User-Serviceable
Due to its modularized industrial-style design, VT007 is user-serviceable.
Customer can conveniently service or repair the machine with the replacement parts we supply.
The VT007 and VT009 machine can be disassembled and reassembled using just a screwdriver and a couple of wrenches.
Defective Rates
We have been improving VT007 vibration plate over the years and have consistently achieved very low defective rates.
The product defective rates within the first year of use are break-down as below.

Most quality related failures happen in the first couple of months of use, and can be easily resolved by replacing the defective parts or components.
Payment Methods
Our eStore is built on the Shopify platform, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest standard for payment data security. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption to ensure your credit card and address information is transmitted securely.
Shopify’s secure payment authorization system does not grant us as the merchant the access to customers’ full credit card information — including the card number, expiration date, and CVV code. Only the last four digits may be visible for reference.
Currency
We accept most major currencies. Prices displayed on our ecommerce website could be in US Dollar or in your local currency.
Credit Card
We accept most major credit cards.
Customer credit card info is secure.
The VT e-commerce website is built on the Shopify platform, which complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard Level 1 and utilizes SSL certificates to ensure secure credit card transactions and protect customers' information.
As the merchant, we don't have access to customer's complete credit card number, expiration date and the CVV code.

We accept payment via Paypal and Zelle.
International Wire transfer
We accept international wire transfer. Contact us for our wire transfer instruction.
International Shipping
We ship our order from our facilities in Minneapolis or Shanghai directly to you via FedEx or other equivalent courier services. Shipping will be processed the next day the order is received.
When placing order on our website, the shipping charge will be calculated after the delivery address is entered, before order submission.
Please provide the delivery address in English with a clear structure: street address, city, province, postal code, and the country.
Total transit time for international shipping is about 7 to 14 days depending on the destination location. Once the product is transferred to carrier's facility, you will receive an update with a tracking number via email.

Customs Duty & Handling
You as the importer may be required to pay import duty and general sales tax for importing VT007 vibration plates into your country. Our price does not cover the import duty and sales tax.
Usually FedEx or DHL performs the customs entry and charge the recipient for the import duty, sales tax and handling.
Some countries don't charge import duty for imported merchandize below a certain value, like AUD1000 in Australia, and SGD400 in Singapore, etc.
