90-Day Free Product Return

We have a 90 day free return for full refund policy. This will allow our customers to have sufficient time to try our products at a slow pace and gradually adapt to the vibration intervention.

The product should be returned as like-new, clean and in the original packaging.

For return without the original packaging, we may charge up to 20% restock fee. We may reject the refund partially or entirely if the product is damaged in the transportation due to improper packing.

US Return

For product return from the 50 states of the US, we pay for the return shipping by sending you a prepaid FedEx shipping label.

International Return

For product return from other countries, customer pays for the return shipping.

If the return qualifies, we will promptly provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for sending the machine back.

Please keep the machine clean. Properly pack it using its original packaging materials and in its original way. This will reduce the chance of damage in the shipping and handling.

If the return does not come with the original packaging materials, we may need to impose a restocking fee of up to 20% of the machine's price.

If the machine sustains damage during transportation DUE TO improper packing, we reserve the right to charge for the loss. In the case of extensive damage, we may reject the refund.

Refund will be issued on the next working day after we receive the return.
