United States — 90-Day Free Return

We offer a 90-day free return policy with a full refund of purchase price for product return of any reason.

48 States We cover round-trip shipping for returns from all 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Hawaii & Alaska Customers cover one-way shipping for returns from Hawaii and Alaska.

International — No Return Policy

We don't offer a return policy for purchases out of the United States. However, we offer resale assist to help you sell your unit locally.

Resell If requested, we can help connect you with other customers in your country—those who are ready to purchase our products or have already placed an order through our eStore—to see if they would prefer to buy the product locally from you. If a sale is made, our 10-year warranty will transfer to the new owner. We will not share contact information or initiate any connection without explicit consent from both parties.

eBay Link You may list your unit on eBay to sell, and we will be happy to post your eBay link on the relevant page of our website, so that potential buyers can find your listing more easily.

For situations not covered by these straightforward terms, we remain considerate and reasonable for customer satisfaction.

Our return rates are relatively low and trending down due to our continuous efforts in quality improvement and provision of better product info.

Keep the Packaging Material For potential return, please don't throw away the packaging material when you receive the product.

Restocking Fee

For about 20,000 units sold and more than a thousand returns handled, we have had only about half a dozen cases we charged a restocking fee, and in each case the customers agreed the charges were fair and accepted them willingly.

No Term for Stocking-Fee Therefore, we decided not to include a restocking-fee term, avoiding unnecessary concern for the 99% of customers.

In rare situations, individuals abuse Amazon's return policy, leaving us some bitter experiences. Over time we have learned not to let these exceptional cases undermine our trust and faith.

For business, we may still discuss a compensation in situations where a customer fails to handle the return with common sense and causes a loss on our business.
