United States — 90-Day Free Return

We offer a 90-day free return policy with a full refund of purchase price for product return of any reason.

48 States We cover round-trip shipping for returns from all 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Hawaii & Alaska Customers cover one-way shipping for returns from Hawaii and Alaska.

International — No Return Policy

We don't offer a return policy for purchases out of the United States. However, we offer resale assist to help you sell your unit locally.

Resell If requested, we can help connect you with other customers in your country—those who are ready to purchase our products or have already placed an order through our eStore—to see if they would prefer to buy the product locally from you. If a sale is made, our 10-year warranty will transfer to the new owner. We will not share contact information or initiate any connection without explicit consent from both parties.

Restocking Fee

For about 20,000 units sold and more than a thousand returns handled, we have had only about half a dozen cases we charged a restocking fee, and in each case the customers agreed the charges were fair and accepted them willingly.

No Term for Stocking-Fee Therefore, we decided not to include a restocking-fee term, avoiding unnecessary concern for the 99% of customers.
