Product Return
For US orders, we have a 90 day return policy. This will allow our customers to have sufficient time to try our products at a slow pace and gradually adapt to the vibration intervention.
For qualified return, we will promptly provide the customer with a prepaid return shipping label for sending the machine back.
Please keep the machine clean. Properly pack it using its original packaging materials and in its original way. This will reduce the chance of damage in the shipping and handling.
If the return does not come with the original packaging materials, we may need to impose a restocking fee of up to 20% of the machine's price.
If the machine sustains damage during transportation DUE TO improper packing, we reserve the right to charge for the loss. In the case of extensive damage, we may reject the refund.
Refund will be issued on the next working day after we receive the return.
We will do our best to ensure your a pleasant product return experience with us. We are very reasonable and considerate in accepting return damages.
So far, with 18,000 units sold, we only had half a dozen cases that we charged a restocking fee.
Return shipping for returns from the US
For product return from the 48 contiguous states of the US, we pay for the return shipping by sending you a prepaid FedEx shipping label.
For product return from Hawaii and Alaska, customers pay for the return shipping.
We don's offer return policy for non-US orders.
