If you have already purchased a stolen VT007, please request a return and get the refund from the seller, or dispute the charge with your credit card issuer, as the stolen goods does not come with any support and warranty service.

We don't provide support and warranty services for the stolen VT007 for free. We are a victim and have received no compensation from the purchase of product unlawfully taken from us to justify the provision of any after-sale service.
However, if you are unable to return the stolen VT007 or dispute with your credit card issuer for any reason, we can help by offering a 2-year warranty for a fee of $100, in addition to costs of parts and shipping. The $100 fee shall be paid within 90 days of purchase, prior to any support being requested from us.
