Stolen VT007 in the Market — What Buyers Need to Know
We post this article in April 2026 in response to an increasing number of customers unknowingly purchased stolen VT007 vibration plates else where and intended to register their purchase on our website.
What Happened?
In February 2025, our shipment of 1,100 units of VT007 vibration plates was stolen at the Port of Seattle.
For more than a year, police departments have not taken any action to investigate this theft case.
The thieves, or their affiliates, have been offering the stolen VT007 in the market at significantly reduced prices, primarily through listings on eBay and Facebook, where we have no way to control.
These listings appear under various seller names. Below are examples we have identified through reports from customers who unknowingly purchased the stolen VT007 units.

If you are unsure whether a listing is legitimate, please contact us with the screenshot before proceeding with your purchase.
New VT007 listed on websites other than amazon.com, walmart.com and our own eStore are very likely stolen units.
If you purchase a pre-owned VT007, be sure to request the original legitimate order info and register the product on our website to continue the remaining warranty coverage.
Support & Product Warranty
If you have unknowingly purchased a stolen VT007, please request a product return and get the refund, or dispute the charge with your credit card issuer.
We don't provide support and warranty services for stolen VT007. We are a victim and receive no compensation to justify the provision of any after-sale service.
However, if you are unable to return the stolen VT007 or dispute with your credit card issuer for any reason, we offer a 10-year warranty for a fee of $100, in addition to costs of parts and shipping. The $100 fee shall be paid within one year of purchase, prior to any support being requested from us.
We may decline to sell replacement parts for these purchases, as our limited parts inventory is reserved for legitimate purchases of our VT007 vibration plates. We apologize.
