Fraudulent Listing — VT007 on AliExpress
Any listing of the VT007 vibration plate on AliExpress is fraudulent. We do not list our products on AliExpress, nor have we authorized any third party to do so.
How the Scam Work?
A scammer lists the VT007 on AliExpress. When a buyer places an order, the scammer hacks into an unsuspecting victim’s Amazon account and use that compromised account to purchase a VT007 from our Amazon store, entering the AliExpress buyer's shipping address.
Unaware of the scam, we fulfill the order and ship the VT007 directly to the AliExpress buyer. Meanwhile, the victim whose Amazon account was compromised left with the charge for the purchase.
The transaction ultimately leads in a charge back through Amazon, resulting in financial loss to us.
What You Should Do
If you purchased a VT007 on AliExpress, we strongly suggest that you take the following actions immediately:
- Request return for refund.
- Dispute the charge with your credit card issuer.
- Report the seller to AliExpress.
- Notify us of the fraudulent listing.
Support & Product Warranty
We don't provide support and warranty services for fraudulent purchase of our VT007.
However, if you are unable to return the VT007 or dispute with your credit card issuer for any reason, we can help by offering a 10-year warranty for a fee of $100, in addition to costs of parts and shipping. The $100 fee shall be paid within one year of purchase, prior to any support being requested from us.
We may decline to sell replacement parts for these purchases, as our limited parts inventory is reserved for legitimate purchases of our VT007 vibration plates. We apologize.
