Very well made plate. I purchased almost exclusively to see if I could improve my bone density, which had gotten to the point of osteoporosis following medical treatment. I cannot say with certainty that this is what did it, but on my next bone density scan I had improved significantly to the point of I am now out of the osteoporosis range.

I am, so far, pleased with my VT007 Vibration plate. Having severe osteoporosis and consistently using another Vibration plate for two years, that plate has not helped improve my bones. In fact they are worse. I bought the V7007 with the hopes that it will cause my bones and my muscles to improve. In only about three weeks, I find my muscles are stronger. Psalm 6:2.

I purchased a vibration plate on the recommendation of my Bone and Metabolism doctor. I’m a 69-year-old woman with osteoporosis who recently started an aggressive treatment to rebuild bone that was damaged by radiation. There is some, though not much, research suggesting that vibration may provide modest benefits for bone health.

Compared with other brands, the VT100 and the company behind it struck me as a serious, quality contender rather than one of the less expensive “trendy” brands. The instructions were straightforward, the 10-year warranty is outstanding, and it worked perfectly right out of the box. Everything I needed was included—even a battery for the remote.

Improved bone density by Zuzu — 08/04/2026

I really think this helped me improve my bone density. Sure, it's not the only remedy I used. I also lifted weights, took supplements, and (probably the main thing) went into remission from Graves disease. But no one thing makes a body healthy, so why would any one thing make bones healthy, right? I think they all worked together, but probably the remission and the vibration plate were the two most helpful things, because they're the only things I did that have been pretty reliably been shown to help rebuild bone, and not just slow loss. That doesn't mean the other things don't matter--like i said, a holistic approach just makes sense. Anyhow, I recommend this.

Customer service is great too. FYI, the results shown are in less than a year of use.

Amazing vibe plate. Adjustable settings. I'm using it to build bone. Will know if it's helping next winter when I have another scan. In the meantime, I'm really enjoying the feel of this device when standing on it. I read a lot literature about vibration plates and this seemed to have some of the best reviews.

A vibration plate was recommended as an alternative to intolerable medications by my woman’s health physician as a DEXA score indicated severe osteoporosis. Investigating many options, I selected the VT 007 as it provided program options and parameters suggested for osteoporosis. The VT 007 is easy to setup. The user manual is clearly written & easy to follow. The unit is well constructed with a non skid plate cover. A remote for easy access to the control box and attachable exercise bands are also provided. The variability of programming is exquisite for individual needs. After spending time on researching vibration plates I decided on the VT007. I am very active so was disappointed to be diagnosed with osteoporosis. This is one more tool for my tool box to fight it without the injectable drugs. I listen to Dr. Doug and he said that the VT007 is a more affordable option if you aren't able to get the Power Plate which is about $2,000. The VT007 is really made well and their website is amazing.

I haven’t had this too long but so far I am happy with it. The vibration feels like the plates at the gym and doesn’t affect me adversely at all. (A different brand caused severe digestive issues.)

My main goal is to help with bone density so time will tell about that. The plate isn’t overly heavy and easy to set up. At this point I would recommend this brand.

I have had this for 3 months and I can tell it's working because when I complete 10 minutes I feel like I've exercised much longer. I bought this to help build bone and won't know if it's really working until I get another DEXA scan but I believe it is helping.

When I received it, it was easy to set up and it has worked great ever since. My chiropractor recommended this type that goes straight up and down for osteoporosis. There was a belt I could get that was much more expensive and this should do the trick with less cost. I like to use this and practice my language homework for 2, 10 minute sessions so I'm accomplishing more than just building bone!

This is the real deal! It's has the seetings you need for the right frequency and the right motion for both bone density and lymph drainage. It's a hefty and sturdy plate. Do your research and don't fall for slightly cheaper versions on Amazon. THIS is the only one I found to meet all the requirements. I've been starting slow, for the past couple months, and very pleased with my progress. Also, the seller gives you support for the product for 10 years at no extra charge. Just register the plate when it arrives. What other seller is doing that on amazoon? That alone should speak volumes about this product.

I have been using this vibration plate faithfully for two years. I was diagnosed with severe osteoporosis. This machine has been part of my regimen, and although this company doesn't make any medical claims, I am happy to say my bone density scan improved immensely within a year. The customer service is amazing. If you have any questions, you will receive a prompt answer. The warranty is genuine. I misplaced the remote. When I purchased another one to replace it I received a refund, and a new one was sent quickly. Jay said it was covered under the warranty. I was quite surprised to receive a new one at no charge. This is the kind of vibration plate that my pain doctor recommended for me. Small studies show that it might help osteoporosis slightly and may stop bone loss. Because I have advanced osteoporosis, I did a LOT of research of vibration machines. When I learned NASA uses High Frequency (hertz), Low Amplitude vibration plates for astronauts who lose bone density while in space, I felt the VT007 Vibration Plate was the machine for me. I stand on it while exercising AND while strength training with free weights. I use it EVERY DAY and I feel more energetic after my workouts than ever before. Love it. Great for osteoporosis as it's the correct linear vibration. Don't like the remote--very hard to get it to raise the hertz quickly. I just lean down and use the controls on the box.

The plate is exactly as described, easy to set up, manage and use. I placed it on a yoga mat to cut down on vibrations in wooden floor. I am able to stand, sit, move to exercise in multiple ways. My primary purpose for using the plate is to improve bone density, and I won't know if that has worked for another 6 months or so when I can complete another test, but I will continue to use and enjoy it til then. At this time, my biggest "applaud" is for the outstanding customer service. Jay is prompt, thorough and helpful in responses. When my 18 month-old machine stopped working, he had a new console in the mail the same day I contacted him! Received and right back on the plate! I am confident in, and so happy with this purchase. I love my VT007 vibration plate! I’ve been using it almost daily (10 minute sessions) since purchase in May of 2024 and plan to continue doing so. I purchased the unit as part of my osteoporosis healing program. Although the vibration plate was not the only lifestyle change I made, I do credit it with a significant contribution. My DEXA results improved 13.2% in my left hip, and 11.4% in my lumbar spine in 16 months, without taking pharmaceutical bone drugs. Highly recommended!

Medical Librarian looking to improve bone density - this is a great machine by Book clubber — 09/10/2025

I'm a 50 year old Medical Librarian. A recent DXA scan showed osteopenia, so I researched non-prescription, evidence-based ways to improve bone density. Whole body vibration with a frequency of around 30Hz has shown positive effects, and this company's website has great information about vibration plates, so I purchased this VT007.

The machine itself is sturdy and so far works flawlessly. I am using it for 20 minutes per day at 32Hz standing, with semi-flexed knees, and sitting. The real test will be when I have a repeat DXA scan in one year.

If you're interested, I am also doing the following for increasing BMD:

Calcium supplement with vitamin D and K2, as well as getting daily calcium in my diet

The VT007 Power plate is easy to use and affordable while delivering adequate vibration. I have used it consistently for a year, doing squats and other exercises on it. My latest DEXA shows my BMD has increased significantly, and I believe the consistency in using the vibration plate, and other changes I made contributed to that success. It was a great pick for me.

I loved this vibration plate. It is just so solid and well built. I bought it in hopes it would help with my osteoporosis. I loved using it. I had an unexpected success with it in my foot that I had surgery on five years ago. I was never able to go up onto my toes at take off when walking, but this really helped me strengthen those muscles where I feel I can walk properly again. Unfortunately, I decided to return it because I am having hip issues along with the osteoporosis. I had the issue before I started using the VT007 plate and it was not getting better. I got it for a Christmas gift so I lost a month there on the 90 day return policy. If I had thought of it sooner I would have stayed off the plate for several weeks then tried it again. I was very sorry to return it because I loved it so much, but I was at the end of the 90 days. If my hip gets better, I would love to try it again. Jay the owner and seller could not have been better. If you are looking for a good, solid, low vibration plate that won’t cause a detached retina, this is the plate for you.

It appears to me the VT007 is just as effective as the ~$6000 space age unit out there.

I don't need a special AI algorithm to determine optimum frequency. ~37 Hz is good for me.

Hopefully the unit along with weekly OsteoStrong therapy will help clear up osteoporosis.

Bone healing is slow so density will be checked in a year to compare with baseline measurements.

I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and my doctor wanted me to take medication but I wanted to find alternatives. This VT007 vibe plate was recommended to me by a friend, so I purchased it in February 2024. I stand on it once a day without shoes on 30Hz. I had my Dexa scan yesterday and it showed significant increase in my bone density. 10.6% increase in my lumbar spine and 8.2% increase in my left hip. I also go to OsteoStrong once a week. I almost sent this back because I wasn't sure if the settings were optimal for the purpose of increasing bone density. I did more research and figured out the settings. I started using this in June and had another dexa scan in November and my bone density in my hips and low back increased!! I have always run, walked, and worked out with weights on a regular basis, and still had low bone density. I started standing on this for 10 minutes every day on highest amplitude setting and 30 hz frequency setting and it is working! The first time I stood on it was a little weird at first, but I quickly relaxed and have found it quite relaxing since then. There is hope for reversing osteoporosis without drugs!!

I bought this vibration plate for osteoporosis. I could not afford the one that was used in the osteoporosis study but this one appeared to be similar for a fraction of the cost. I won’t know if it is helping my bones for quite a while, but it has helped my plantar fasciitis. I do 20 minutes at 30 frequency and low amplitude. I do calf raises and squats for 10 minutes and then balance for 10 minutes- one leg at a time and then balance on my toes. I’m am super happy with the quality and sturdiness of the vibration plate. It is easy to use and doesn’t shake hard. However, when I get off my leg muscles are fatigued and I feel like I have had a workout. I’m taking it slow using it 3 times a week since I’ve been recovering from a broken rib, but I’m going up to 5 days this week since I’ve have no ill effects. I really hope it helps my bones. I have had two fractures in the past 2 months. When I received my unit the remote would not work. The company responded immediately and sent me a new one in two days. Very happy with the quick service. Could not be happier. I also appreciate the info they provide on their website. I learned a lot about vibration plates and it helped me make an educated decision on the type of vibration to use.

Built very well. I have only used for 5 days but so far I like it. I have severe osteoporosis and am hoping by adding this vibration plate to my routine it will help with bone loss. I’m really taking baby steps when using it as I have had some compression fractures in the past.

I can’t say enough positive things about Jay the owner and designer of this vibration plate. He was so kind in answering all my questions. He always responded so promptly. I bought this for a friend for her osteoporosis and thought I would try it out for the week to 10 days before I could give it to her. I have some simple exercises I do for stretching and muscle building that I could do on the machine to potentially accentuate their effectiveness and have the added bonus of challenging balance. It was all good until the next morning. My goodness was I unexpectedly sore! I’ve been doing these exercises for years without soreness but clearly the added stimulation of the vibration changed that. I had the settings on low amplitude at 25Hz which I thought comfortable and not too challenging but clearly that was too high. Today I went to 15Hz at low amplitude for 10 min. doing those 10 exercises. We’ll see what tomorrow brings… My impression is that the machine is very well made, quite solid. Excellent warranty and service is included and the owner by way of other reviews honors both. I would recommend this but with the added comment of start out slow!

We purchased the VT007 to help improve my wife's bone density, as she has osteoporosis. I am an engineer, and I was really impressed with the quality of the unit. It is very sturdy, has nice controls, a useful remote, and a good range of vibration frequencies and two amplitude settings. It was easy to set up with simple instructions. The manual had good information and was well-written. The 90-day free return policy with no cost was appreciated. I was amazed that you could also get free part replacements for 10 years. It turned out that my wife had another medical issue that made her decide not to continue use of the unit, so we ended up returning it. Even with that, Jay was very nice and helpful in providing information on the return. I can't remember a better experience I have had with a seller. 5-stars for sure!

Good Quality Machine with Extraordinary Customer Service by Andrea M — 06/03/2024

I bought this vibration plate machine as a way to increase my bone density through regular use at the 30Hz frequency, as I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis in my neck, spine, hips and forearms. My 80-something mom has been using an earlier version of this vibration machine for the past two years and has maintained her bone density level without any medication.

It's an easy machine to set up and use 3-4 times a week in 15 minute sessions. It's sturdy and if you live in an apartment, you might want to buy a pad or mat to put under it to absorb the vibration noise.

When I ordered it, I got a notification from Amazon that a signature was required for delivery, which would be a challenge for me as I work during the day. I emailed the company owner, Jay Tang, and he responded immediately, even though it was a weekend. He confirmed that he wasn't requesting a delivery signature and how to work with FedEx to ensure delivery. He even checked in via email a couple of weeks after I'd received the vibration plate machine to check in, remind me of the warranty, and make sure everything had worked out. Very kind and helpful with incredible customer care and service!

We are "shakin' them bones" to help with Osteoporosis. This is a strong and sturdy machine with a thick rubber pad on top. We can shake a little or shake a lot. The remote control makes for easy adjustments. I am very impressed with the feel of this. I read my book while shaking and forget about the time, so the automatic stop/timer feature keeps me from going too long. Well done!

I purchased this plate to help with my bones as I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. I had purchased a less expensive plate but was not convinced it was giving me the frequency needed to improve bone. I emailed the manufacturer but did not get a satisfactory response so I returned it and purchased the VT007. I love this vibration plate and feel confident that when i set it for 30 Hz, that is what I am getting. It is a sturdy and well constructed piece of equipment. I use it 2 to 3 times a day for 10 minutes. It arrived quickly and was well packaged and in perfect condition. I highly recommend this vibration plate!

30Hz-low amplitude setting critical for bone density rehab without risking bodily damage on older and compromised bodies. Osteoporosis therapy is why I'm using this piece of equipment. I've used this for a little over 6 months and hope my next bone scan will result in some improvement. It's still early.

Absolutely solidly built and smartly engineered for ease of repair, if ever needed.

I purchased my Vibration Therapeutics VT003F Vibration Plate about 6 years ago because my primary care physician said some studies suggest they can help with osteoporosis. I hadn't been able to use it as much as I'd like to recently due to having to get my house market ready, selling, and moving. Then to my dismay, once I finally moved and unpacked my unit, I couldn't find my remote, which is incredibly handy and makes using it much easier. I was worried I might not be able to get it replaced, but when I contacted the company, Jay responded quickly, was incredibly kind, and got right on shipping me out a new one, which should be here in a day or two. I'm kind of glad I lost it now because he let me know he shares studies online on the benefits of vibration therapy and ways to use the plate. I am really looking forward to using it more now that I am settled and can't wait to read through his studies and hopefully glean some new knowledge and learn some new exercises. I will say every time I have used it in the past it left me feeling invigorated and more energetic, and I usually sleep well. I also have fibromyalgia and get frequent leg cramps, and I'm sure it improves circulation and helps stave off the middle of the night cramps, so I get a better night's sleep. While I looked at numerous whole-body vibration machines, including ones with handles that were way more expensive (not to mention way heavier!), I liked the reviews for this model, and am so happy I purchased it...It's a great little machine to add to your health and fitness regimen!

The way this machine vibrates is very important. We were looking at studies done using vibration plates for the treatment of osteoporosis, and this is the kind of vibration they used. The reason we were so happy to find this machine is it is much more affordable than the others that are sold for this specific purpose. We have used it now for a couple of days and we are very satisfied with the quality build and amazing warranty.

There are many types of vibration plates sold; if you need one in the hopes it will help your bones, you need to consider this one for sure, and do your research about vibration plates. They are not all the same. I am not being compensated for this review, I am just a happy client.

Although I've only had it a few weeks, it seems to very solidly built and provides an ample number of vibration settings, including the 30hz I was searching for as therapy for my osteoporosis. I loved that this vibrates vertically, not side to side. Powerful, but I use on the lowest setting to encourage bone growth and strengthening. It does not feel too strong, other machines made my teeth chatter! I am 60 and taking estrogen blockers so am close to osteoporosis. Excellent substitute for high end machines costing a couple thousand!! For senior bone strength, it should feel similar to a cat purring, and it accomplishes this perfectly! Highly recommend!

I have osteoporosis and was looking for a vibration plate that would possibly be beneficial without breaking the bank. I plowed through the peer reviewed papers for evidence that vibration therapy builds bone in postmenopausal women. I also had concerns as there are studies cautioning use of high g-force plates, especially among older adults.

I looked at several and chose this one for the following reasons:

*Low amplitude and higher frequency: Some studies suggest >20 Hz, others 30Hz for bones

*Transparent Specifications: The more expensive model did not list technical specifications. I had to call to get those. This company gives all the info up front.

* Customer Service: This gets 10 stars! I had some questions and Jay went above and beyond answering my questions. I asked for formulas to do g force calculations and he actually did them for me! I asked several other questions later and each time I received a timely and thorough response. That’s so rare and valuable in today’s world.

*Website: I’m used to seeing websites with lots of sales and marketing information. Some of the sites I looked at had little except marketing info. While Vibration Therapeutic had some of that there’s also a wealth of information on use and the science behind vibration plate therapy.

*Price: I couldn’t justify paying 8 times more for something with a company that couldn’t be bothered to even try to sell me on their product. I guess business must be good. Price of this was right.

I bought this machine to help me with my osteoporosis. I done a lot of research and found that this was the best machine for that and for the price it was very good and the 10-year warranty is awesome! I have only been using this almost a month so I really don't know what the results are yet but I will say that I think this will work and it is a good deal. I had been looking at other machines and they were in upwards of 3,000 or more dollars and they do the same thing as this one. I had went to this product's website and left them a message and in less than a day the owner called me and himself and spoke to me about my questions and was very informative. I would highly recommend this product as I feel that the company is very concerned for your well-being and that's hard to find nowadays.

This is the most professional item I’ve seen; as close to the PowerPlate at a fraction of the cost. Years ago, a friend of mine - a pro golfer was rehabbing at a professional athletes rehab center here in Az. (think pro soccer, pro football, Olympic athletes etc) Most of the athletes spent some time on the power plate rehabbing injuries, or improving their health for a better game. I visited my friend and he financially supported a several days of rehab for my bad back there. (It’s pricey!) Power plates are very expensive, and take up a lot of room. This is an amazing, professional machine just like a powerplate you can have in your own home. On top of this, you can build bone density for osteoporosis or osteopenia, create better circulation for rehabbing an injury without a heavy workout. It seems to help my grumpy stomach. I’ll take it. After reading a medical article I guess it can help with NASH, a liver disease my friend has after taking too much acetaminophen… I’ve recommended it to her.

One of the main reasons I purchased this is because I was watching a video on YouTube by Clinton Rubin PhD. He has treated Osteoporosis patients with the vibration plate for years, he has done lots of studies and has had huge success. One of the requirements to get the most benefits is that it needs to be used at 30 hz. A lot of the ones I was looking at didn't even mention the hertz. Fortunately when I was looking at different ones I read a 1 star review that suggested this one as being the best one to buy at this price range. He was definitely right, some of them costs $3000 or more. I watched a review on this one and showed it to my husband and he was sold on it. After ordering it, we received it super quick and it was great, nothing at all to put together. It takes up very little space, also lightweight, so easy to move if you need to. I love the remote, an added bonus.

What was also nice is that the owner Jay sent an email before we even got it letting us know it was shipped and not to hesitate to contact him with any questions or issues. From a lot of other reviews I can see they have great customer service if you need it.

We also want to use this for other reasons as my husband doesn't have bone issues. We both lift weights and read it's good to reduce pain and inflammation which he seems to get a lot of. Also excited that it helps with lymphatic drainage. That's just a few of the many things it is suppose to do. Really happy to have found this one and so far loving it, using it everyday.

I have osteoporosis and been searching for a good vertical vibration plate to help increase my bone density. I focused on features, quality, price, customer service and warranty. Some researchers claimed low amplitude is good to improve bone density, others said that the G-force, at its minimum, is the main factor in maintaining healthy bone, some others emphasized on the vibration frequency, between 15-40 hertz, to be best for osteoporosis reversal.

I have found the VT007 Linear Vibration Plate to have all those necessary qualifications.

This Vibration Plate is well built, runs quiet, compact, well priced, has a good warranty (10 years!) and a great customer service.

It is all it says it is, I used to workout at Osteostrong which has the professional grade VI Plates and this vibration plate is just as good as the professional model.

I have been doing the exercises that is suggested on the website and it has been very helpful so far.

with my Osteoporosis diagnosis, I can't wait to see the results after using this machine everyday.

Update to my review, I have pulled a muscle while traveling and was in pain for few days, when I got back home and used the Vibration plate for two days the evening of the second day I could not feel my pain from my pulled muscle, I am so excited that it works. can't wait to see the results for my osteoporosis.

I have searched all over online for vibration plates which allow me to set for a specific frequency, and this allows me to set 30 Hz which is ideal for osteoporosis. After using about 6 months consistently 2 to 3 times a day for 10 mins. in each session, together with Calcium + D3 + K2 supplements, I am so excited that my bone density has improved and it is now Osteopenia.

The unit is rugged, well built and easy to use. I haven't had any issues or problems for the last 6 months. It seems to me that it would last for my life time, quiet and sturdy.

The product is priced right. Some others are selling for outrageous prices and you can't set frequency which is unbelievable.

The customer support is awesome. The owner promptly answered some of my very technical questions and this gives me faith and trust for the products.

I have been meaning to write this review for a while now. Have had my vibration played for several months at this point and have really enjoyed it.

Things that I've noticed..... surprisingly less head/sinus congestion, better lymph flow in general, better circulation in extremities, less spinal pain.

Jay is extremely knowledgeable and was helpful with the purchase. You can tell has done his research and is passionate about his product. It's very well made and I suspect it's going to last a very long time. I explained to him that I own another popular vibration plate which I still like but commented that his was like the Cadillac of vibration plates. The vibration is smooth and therapeutic, where is the other vibration plate I own feels like it can give my legs more of a workout but it is somewhat a jolting and seems like it could be risky over time for my joints

I have my mother also currently using it for osteoporosis. We will get a repeat scan next year. I also own an acupuncture clinic and have had multiple patients try it for various issues and report things such as lessened pain and increased energy.

I am very impressed with this item. The women in my family have a high risk for osteoporosis so my main goal is to increase my bone density even if it is just a little bit.

Pros

I chose this particular brand because it includes the frequency range shown to increase bone density, 15 to 40 Hz according to research available on the National Institutes of Health (NIH) website.

I also have very painful muscle cramps and this helps with the pain.

It is easy to connect the power adapter and the adapter connects tightly so it won’t vibrate off easily.

I really feel like I’ve had a good workout after working out on the VT007 vibration platform.

Very, very sturdy!

It comes with a great warranty too.

The customer support is stellar, the best support I’ve ever received. The package wasn’t properly delivered in the package manager system my apartment complex uses so I thought it wasn’t delivered. I sent an email through Amazon and received quick support and the support continued as long as I needed it.

I also received a description for doing an L squat for exercise while on the platform. What a great workout, I’m exhausted!

Cons

The only con I see is the weight of the machine. It’s only 23 pounds but that is a little difficult for me to move around. I just made sure it was in a place I could use and hold onto something for support.

I am very pleased with this purchase and I highly recommend the VT007 Linear Vibration Plate.

P. S.: I also purchased the Diversitech MP4-E E. V. A. Anti-Vibration Pack of 4 Pads, 4" x 4" x 7/8" to put under each foot. I don’t think I would have needed it though. I don’t notice any vibration transmitted to the walls of floor but I am in a first floor apartment.

This is going to sound like a paid review, but it isn't. I have osteoporosis and my doctor recommended I use a vibration plate, but it's super expensive since it's best to use one multiple times a day for life pretty much. So I thought I would see how much I could buy one for. The ones in the doctor's office is over $10,000. There's no way it's much better if at all than this one. From my research (I could be wrong), low amplitude works best for what I need and this had the lowest amplitude of any one I found that wasn't thousands of dollars. I've used it for 2 days and I'm almost shocked at the quality of this thing. It's extremely well-made and very easy to use. If I had one tiny complaint, it would be nice if it had one program slot that I could save a custom program in so I didn't have to change the time and frequency each time I use it. Anyway, all in all I am thoroughly impressed.

UPDATE: 9 months later and I'm still just as happy.

Solid, Powerful, Versatile by Frank R. Nichols — 07/09/2022

I am very happy with this product.

Top quality construction. Seems larger in real life (I am 6' 3" and 260 lbs, so that's a good thing) and is very very stable-feeling when I stand on it. The remote control (pictured) is simple to understand. The owner's manual is printed on very high quality large format paper. Easy to read for older people such as me and my wife. Excellent and thorough while being easy to understand.

We've used it twice a day for about two weeks now. My wife holds onto the stove counter (pictured) and bends her hips and knees so that she can stimulate her hip bones (she has mild osteoporosis). This is called an "L squat" exercise, specifically for hip joints, muscles and bones.

I stand straight and vary the frequency which stimulates my feet, ankles and legs.

The manufacturer is careful to not make medical claims, but my wife and I have researched various articles and studies of vibration plate therapy's possible benefits and decided to get this one because of its variable frequency and strength. I was surprised that on higher settings, standing straight, I can feel it in my neck bones and make my teeth chatter (if I relax my jaw just right).

It's quiet. Very quiet. I can still watch the TV twelve feet away without changing the volume. My wife who was sitting on the sofa watching the same TV with her back to me - had to ask me if I'd used the machine or not (she couldn't hear it).

A nice feature is that it has a built-in timer which counts down and automatically shuts off at the end of the routine. This is more convenient than constantly checking a clock.

I would buy this as a gift for my best friend.

This plate is very sturdy and allows the user to select hertz level up to 40. Since I am using it for osteoporosis, it will be months before I know how well it works, but it does feel very good. Standing and stretching on it soothes sore muscles after exercise, and I was surprised that doing some simple squats and core moves on it caused a little muscle soreness, so it does seem to enhance muscle involvement. I had an issue with the fuse and company responded within an hour on a holiday weekend. Could not ask for better customer service. So far I love this thing. Would buy this one again.

As someone with chronically tight calves and ankles, let me just start off with how great the vibration feels on tight spots. Have sciatica? Sit on it. It's amazing. Want to bulk up your shoulders? Kneel and lean on it, or plank. Low back tension? Just stand on it loosely. It's sooooo nice.

It's also the easiest cardio exercise ever. Put on a heart monitor watch and just stand on it with your knees bent. Maybe sway a little or do some lazy yoga poses. You'll start to sweat lightly after a while, and your HR will go up moderately. I'm a gardener, so I will hop on this thing, put on a 10-20 minute video about a new plant I haven't grown yet, and just watch. Boom, mild cardio for the day, easy and fun.

I also got my genes screened recently, and discovered I'm at risk for early onset osteoporosis, and have genetically poor handling of intense cardio on the cellular level as well as increased tendon tear risks, so this is just perfect. Mild cardio, mild osteoblast and tendon stimulation. Checks my genetic boxes.

You'll want to keep a tool on hand for the screws on the top of the corner plates, as they will eventually wiggle themselves out. I wouldn't really consider it a design flaw, so much as unavoidable physics.

This particular machine can get so powerful that you will also just barely vibrate in place if you're on the couch across the room, and you can faintly feel it anywhere in the house. You don't have to run it that high unless you want to though.

All in all I'm very pleased with my purchase, and while I'm still keeping my eye on the research about the helps and harms of vibration, I can only say that this machine has personally helped me feel good.

Love this vibration plate and find it works as well as expensive commercial plates I've tried at Osteostrong. It can reach a speed of 40Hz which is higher than the others I found on Amazon. It's very sturdy and large enough to easily stretch on. Not sure if it is intended to help with pain relief or not, but I purchased it in relation to Osteoporosis which I have almost overcome and the vibration plate is part of the treatment.

I bought this product because I like the idea of stimulating my muscles and bones by vibration . it just makes sense to me . I use it I conjunction with my Fascianator self-myofascial relief roller . I have found that rolling while on the platform has lead to deeper relaxation in my target areas, especially the feet and gluteus. My 70 year old mother in law also spends time with the platform , especially since she's dealing with osteoporosis . I look forward to continued progress as i learn to use the platform more and more

What I like about the Vibration Therapeutic vibration platform is how easy it is to use and how effective it is in delivery of whole-body vibration.

I am a 75-year old woman, diagnosed with osteopenia over 2 years ago; and I hope, with the help of this vibration plate, that my bones will show improvement. I have my next bone density scan next year, when I shall tell if whole-body vibration has been effective.

In addition I use the vibration plate to improve my balance (I find balancing on one foot usually easier on the platform than on the floor or in the pool.), and reduce a recurring burning I have in my right calf and knee. Usually the platform eases this burning enough that I can go about my daily business again without worrying about ascending or descending the 6 flights of stairs in my house.

I have been learning optimal ways to use the plate since I received the platform in January 2021. No health professional I have consulted knows where this neural burning comes from precisely (stenosis? Tarlov cysts? sciatica?), so I can be comforted by the fact that the whole-body vibration on the vibration plate covers all bases for me.

I usually use the platform for 10 minutes a day, about 5 times a week at the highest intensity (40). Because of balance issues I acquired through hip arthritis and replacement two years ago, I very much appreciate the straps attached to the vibration platform, which I usually hold onto for stability when doing heel lifts or standing on one leg.

It is easy to set the timer or raise and lower the intensity on the platform. This platform works well with the conclusion in a recent article (March 2015 ) in MENOPAUSE REVIEW (PRZEGLAD MENOPAUZALNY) entitled "Whole-body Vibration Exercise in Postmenopausal Osteoporosis;" the conclusion of the article reads: "...it [whole-body vibration] may complement already known and described postmenopausal treatment methods and bring tangible results in therapy." To this I add "without any of the known side effects so common with pharmacological treatment."

Under the guidance of Anthony Chrisco, inventor of the Fascianator roller, I am also learning how to use the roller with the platform to enhance the good effects of both. The marriage of vibration and Fascianator rolling of fascia and lymph system promises to enhance the effectiveness of each, and address issues with problems in our fascia, bones, etc. I intend to continue using the Vibration Therapeutic vibration platform for the years to come.

Best affordable linear vibration platform. Hoping to arrest osteoporosis. by Tessa — 02/18/2020

There are so many stellar reviews of this that another one is hardly needed. But I am so pleased with this that I just had to add my voice.

I have severe osteoporosis, and even though I am healthy and fit, I recently had a couple of fragility fractures in my foot. I finally decided I have to throw everything I can at this problem, and along with medical care and many supplements, I decided to investigate vibration. Quickly learned that only linear (not oscillating) vibration will stimulate bone growth. Even then the research is not clear that mature adults will benefit. The research that showed the positive effects of linear vibration was done with children (who were recovering from chemotherapy). You cannot necessarily extrapolate to adults. However, there were also some testimonials from adults who had been using another very expensive linear vibration platform, in which they said that they absolutely experienced increased bone mineral density. I am not convinced but I am willing to give it a go. I do understand the theory of why this could be of benefit to bones, the method of operation, so to speak, and that is more than I can say about the drug that I am being encouraged to start taking.

I have been using it for several weeks at low amp and 30 Hz. I read my email and the news, or watch TED talks while I am on the platform. (I built a little tower on top of my desk to put my laptop on so it sits at the correct height for me to read when I am "vibrating.") I use it three times a day. The ten minutes pass quickly and sometimes I go again. Honestly cannot say I feel any different but as with so many other things, you commit to the best plan you can come up with, stick to it, and hope for the best. I have used many supplements that have changed by life for the better. Like supplements, a platform will never be studied because it's not patentable and there is no money to be made by big companies, therefore no one to fund the studies. While I don't totally eschew pharmaceuticals, I believe that we have to find our own individual paths.

The platform is sturdy and works well. It is a serious machine and frankly, even though the price keeps going up, it is a great value, especially compared to the only other linear platform out there. The company (Jay) is very forthcoming in stating that he is not promoting this as a possible remedy for any problems; he is simply providing an excellent machine that is true to the specifications and is durable, with excellent customer support.

Update, now, nearly two years later, I am still using this platform every day (once a day for 10 minutes) and it is still operating perfectly. Is it helping my bones? Who knows, really: but I haven't had any fragility fractures since starting to use this. (Still taking supplements but not taking any osteoporosis drugs)

My wife and I tried the ZAAZ model at Costco and started researching a more cost-effective model after. We decided to purchase this specific model based on the following reasons:

1) Consistently good reviews that pass the Fakespot analysis.

2) An educational and professional website of the seller.

3) Reviews indicate first-rate after-sale service by Jay, the founder.

The machine was delivered fast within the week. No assembly is required and can be used right out of the box.

There are 2 important factors based on my previous research that motive me to buy this machine:

1) Activities that introduce bone stress are useful to prevent osteoporosis.

2) Activities that require balancing are helpful in stimulating hormones in the body.

I've been using the machine at least twice daily since I got it. I go through a lighter warm-up session in the morning to get my day started. In the evening, I usually run the machine in higher intensity or Program 3 for more of a workout. I feel my muscles are getting denser and I believe the machine is helping to cut down the time needed for exercise.

I also use it to relieve back and muscular pains. I like the machine so much that I introduce it to some of my friends and family. I even bought a second unit to give to a friend who has hard labor work daily.

Overall, I'm completely satisfied with the machine. The founder Jay is an exceptional business owner and stands by his products and service 100%. We have corresponded a few times and I trust that his products and business will only get better and better. I will continue to purchase more models and give them out as gifts.

While I'm not sure this actually does anything, I like it. It is sturdy and I've had no issues with it after a month or so of daily use. I like the programs it has but wish some of them were more intense and went to the highest level. I have osteoporosis and peripheral neuropathy and thought this might help with either or both. It hasn't improved the neuropathy and who knows if it will help with the osteoporosis. But it feels good (after taking a couple of days to get used to it). The first time I went up to the highest level it did knock over some crystals I had in a cabinet on the floor below. I was upstairs on a carpeted floor. Since then I've moved it to the basement.
