This Vibration Plate is truly amazing! i was afraid it wouldnt be powerful enough to be effective or wide enough so that i could spread my feet to feel stable, like the ridiculously priced Power Plate, but there is no issue with either of those concerns. This Plates seems to be beautifully engineered, and super effective. I bought it specifically for lymphatic drainage and from the first use it reduced my edema 60-70%! It is a game changer for me and an incredible deal. Nothing else I tried was nearly as effective. Thank you SO MUCH Mr. Tang for designing this!

I’ve been using this plate for six months, 10 minutes a day, and I’m genuinely impressed. I’ve noticed improved balance and stability (important at my age), better lymphatic fluid drainage, and steady fat loss progress when paired with my overall routine. It’s also just plain fun to use — makes the time fly by.

When I ordered an extension plug for the control unit, I misread the instructions and accidentally reversed it, thinking the unit had died. Purchased about 5-6 months ago and I am very happy to add this vibration plate to my health regime. It seems like it is made well and does give the relief my body needs for my tired legs and feet after standing for long periods of time. It is very compact and doesn’t take up much space. Helps with lymphatic drainage, you definitely feel it. Last, helps with my mild neuropathy.

This by far has been the BEST vibration plate! The fact that it has a variety of frequencies is hands down amazing, we have clients with Edema and this has been wonderful for them. I am a nurse and I do my research. This is amazing! I felt a difference right away. It helps with lymphatic drainage, but something that is not mentioned is wound healing. I bruise easy and heal slow, and the increased circulation has made a huge difference. Customer service is like none other. The owner himself talked to me on the phone on a Saturday when I had a question.

I would highly recommend this vibration plate! Don’t settle for cheap plates that simply rock back and forth. (Pivotal) Which can cause further pain and discomfort. This is a plate that truly vibrates.(lineal) It is very similar in function to the machine that I was using at physical therapy.

I started slow and have worked my way up. My mother says she has noticed she doesn’t have leg cramps at night after using it. The cat even loves it! I can tell it helps with lymphatic drainage and overall circulation.

I also use the exercises it recommends and I can feel the difference. Seller was easily accessible as well.

Wow. Very good quality unit. It feels so sturdy and I love that you can control it would a remote and change the Hertz. I bought this for bone health and lymphatic circulation. I don't have any current medical issues that I am looking to resolve but I am a female with bone density issues in my family. No idea if this will help with anything, but I will be getting a dexa scan soon and then I'll be able to compare.

I waited to do the review until after I used it for 3 months. I went slow and worked my way up to the frequency and length of time I needed for lymphedema. It is definitely not a cure all, however I have noticed positive results. When I skip a couple days and then use it the lower part of my legs actually become insanely itchy where I can feel the water inside moving. For best results I use it daily. One session at low amp (to build bone density) and one at high amp (for lymphedema).

This seems to be well built, so much so that I moved it to the basement because it literally shakes my entire first floor. The trick to working the remote is to not increase the frequency until after it fully starts up and go slow. I would highly recommend this product. Packaged well, great customer service, and it does go on sale near Thanksgiving.

Works very well for lymphatic drainage, and to exercise on. It’s heavy duty for my cryoslimming business, commercial grade, really good variable speed programs, I tried several different vibration plates at my chiropractic friends office before I purchased one. This is the only one that didn’t hurt my back. It’s very well made,solid.has a little scrape sound when it starts, that is normal when the gears are first engaging. It’s a bit pricier than others and very solid, I’m very happy with it. I had some questions and the company owner answered them quickly and efficiently.

Stop reading this and buy this vibration plate NOW! I have had problems for years with a poor lymphatic system. Pitting edema, swollen ankles, legs, armpits, neck. This machine has me seeing my ankles for the first time in I don’t know when. I did a ton of research on all the different kinds of vibration machines and this one ticked all the boxes. It is the safest, quietest, easiest and most efficient one to use out there. It is vertical movement only, which is great for your joints. You barely feel it moving when standing on it. Most doctors recommend a minimum of 36hrz to move your lymphatic fluid and this machine is one of the few that has that option at an affordable price. I love it. Jay is great on customer service. He always responds very quickly and the 10 year warranty is a plus. Despite being quiet, the vibration is very strong. You must use this on a solid, ground floor surface. I was in a pier and beam house when I first got the plate and it did rattle and shake things off nearby shelves if I didn’t have any foam padding under it. Do not use it on upper level floors. It is the first thing I use after flight travel to get rid of swollen ankles. It is a life changer. I am so grateful to this company.

Also - I am moving to England and was worried about the voltage and plug situation. Jay quickly answered my questions and even recommended the correct UK powercord to purchase.

I originally bought this for my wife`s lymphedema issue from a botch lingual hernia operation but she has severe spinal stenosis so her Spinal Doctor recommended for her not use the vibrator platform.

I didn`t want to return it because of the all the great benefits of vibration but after using it for 2 weeks for myself it affected my knee replacement to a point it gave it more tightness feeling to the knee replacement.

I didn`t want to take that chance and create a problem even after talking to Jay the owner he himself didn`t recommend using it with a knee replacement.

Jay is a standup business man and he puts out a great quality product and he stands by his products.

Even it didn`t work for me I highly recommend the vibration platform and give it high marks for both function..ease of use and quality.

I purchased this device after first using in Occupational Therapy. It has been incredibly effective to move lymph fluid and reduce swelling. It is easy to use, easy to move and on the quiet side (I can listen to the radio while using it without blasting the volume). It is incredibly sturdy with no easy-to break parts. I've been using my new VT007 Vibration Plate nearly every day for the past few weeks and love how it makes me feel more relaxed and centered. I sometimes just stand, and other times do toe raises, squats and arm curls with 10 lb. weights. Over the last 15 years, I've used a good number of these devices ranging in price from several hundred dollars to several thousand. For a home unit at this price point - the machine is the BOMB. Simple to use, easy instructions, very nice pre-programmed sessions, excellent customer service. I've been using this unit for two weeks and it definitely seems to be assisting on the front of draining lymphatic congestion - skin has changed quite a lot in a short time. Pleased buyer!

One of the main reasons I purchased this is because I was watching a video on YouTube by Clinton Rubin PhD. He has treated Osteoporosis patients with the vibration plate for years, he has done lots of studies and has had huge success. One of the requirements to get the most benefits is that it needs to be used at 30 hz. A lot of the ones I was looking at didn't even mention the hertz. Fortunately when I was looking at different ones I read a 1 star review that suggested this one as being the best one to buy at this price range. He was definitely right, some of them costs $3000 or more. I watched a review on this one and showed it to my husband and he was sold on it. After ordering it, we received it super quick and it was great, nothing at all to put together. It takes up very little space, also lightweight, so easy to move if you need to. I love the remote, an added bonus.

What was also nice is that the owner Jay sent an email before we even got it letting us know it was shipped and not to hesitate to contact him with any questions or issues. From a lot of other reviews I can see they have great customer service if you need it.

We also want to use this for other reasons as my husband doesn't have bone issues. We both lift weights and read it's good to reduce pain and inflammation which he seems to get a lot of. Also excited that it helps with lymphatic drainage. That's just a few of the many things it is suppose to do. Really happy to have found this one and so far loving it, using it everyday.

This vibration pad works well. It is a bit noisy so if you plan to watch TV while using it like I do, you will have to put the volume up a bit higher. I feel like this is good for your health circulating blood and your lymphatic system. Also you can work out on it and improve your balance. I often do squats and yoga poses to challenge and improve balance.

I read a lot of reviews on a lot of different machines, one of which (on a different machine) lead me to the VT007. One reviewer on another site, said: don’t buy this machine, look at this one which turned out to be the VT003, another machine made by this same company but with a narrower range of frequency. I wanted a machine for balance, increasing bone density, improved lymphatic drainage and hopefully some muscle toning. The higher frequency is needed to improve bone density.

I bought this as a joint Christmas present for my husband and me. My husband was less excited than I was about this. I didn’t expect this until almost Christmas but it was was received very quickly and in good condition. This was not opened until Christmas Day. We did find a broken piece but it was not anything that affected the use of the machine. My husband sent an email to company to tell them of the problem even though it was Christmas weekend. We actually received a very prompt response and the part was received Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. Customer service for this company is amazing! Thank you Mr. Tang!

We both love this machine! We use it daily and I am impressed by how quickly you feel the benefits. My husband has been using the programs where the the frequency changes and really enjoys it. I don’t have great balance so I started with 15hz and am gradually increasing. I’m sleeping better and feeling more energetic.

I would recommend this vibration plate to everyone. There is a book by Becky Chambers which explains why this is the best type of machine to buy.

I've had this machine for quite some time now and I had to take the time to write a review because the product as well as the outstanding customer service really deserves it. First, let me say that getting this vibration plate has been one of the best investment I could have made for my terrible lymphatic circulation, cellulite ( girl speaking here) and even gets rid of my back knots, a perk I didn't expect when purchasing the device. I use it every day and it has become a great addition to my self care routine. It is an extremely well built sturdy machine so you know your investment will stand the test of time. And last but not least, Jay! You've been amazing. I reached out regarding the anti vibration pads I misplaced in the morning. Jay replied within a few hours and the pads were sent later that same day. Now that is right up there with Nordstrom customer service level lol. So there you have it. Now you know what you'd be dealing with.

My feet and ankles have had issues with swelling for years. Many tests and doctors visits couldn't determine the cause. Two weeks of using this machine and I can see my ankle bones again. Normally after cooking a huge meal I find myself waking up with sore feet. Haven't had that issue at all since using this machine. I live in a highrise with hardwood floors and definitely have to use buffers at certain levels but so far no complaints. Happy I decided on this model after doing some research. I will come back and update more after a few weeks.

This is real review people look at my history as I am no joke and honest but I am very happy. I am very knowledgable of the original power plate as been looking for something similar for past 3 yrs because I did not want to spend over 10k for high frequency one. The small power plate is 1500 but meh not the high frequency as the bigger models. I have the $15k one downstairs at gym but needed something for morning pain, lymphatic drainage and intense energy as I do Crossfit, MMA, Hot Vinyasa yoga which gives you chin splints w these cheap fake wood floors here in south florida. I do bootcamps etc but my anemia is killing me and hypothyroid meaning I wake up with zero energy even popping Phen Phen the diet pill that was killing people smh. I still take it due to no energy RX by endocronologist but the real power plate rushes your blood flow in 5 min to where pain is gone and intense well being energy and also lympatic=weight loss so been peeping this product. E mailed seller and he was so truthful he said yes works just like the expensive power plate I didnt want to beleive him so ordered cheaper ones and more expensive all in garbage.

The point I am trying to make is I finally ordered it not beleiving a 250 buck machine will replicate the power plate which is to this day I dont care what any of the other sellers say as I been using these since 2008 and in high end gyms this crap actually is the exact of a $10k one. It does not wobble side to side which does nothing for anyone. It literally vibrates fast not a crappy seesaw motion and been using for a week my energy is fully back just 10 minutes a day. I am not sleepy anymore or fatigued heck I dont even use it daily and it keeps going I skipped a day but even then I was too much in pain and fatigue to take an elevator to use power plate at gym so if your looking for intensity that doesnt make your brain or cranium wobble, works this is it. I cannot go into the full dynamics on a review but also you can exercise on it as well and trust me you will loose more weight tested this for yrs and even had a personal trainer that use to PT me w power plate but great product I love it and looks expensive when you get it sleek nice does not look cheesy or cheap. You don't have to be a Beach Boy to have Good Vibrations!!! I started going to a chiropractor in June of this year and they had 3 large Vibe machines. I go there about 2 times a week. I bought the VT High Frequency Linear Vibration Plate machine around 7/21 this year. So the other 5 days a week I am on this machine. I ramp it up to 40HZ and usually am on it 30 minutes a day. I don't just stand there I trace my meredians twice; and, do Donna Eden's daily energy routine while watching viedo classes on my computer. The machine is very stable for me so I can do other things; no statue impersonator here.... I had Neurological Lyme disease kicked out of my DNA in 2012. Along with many other things it took my Balance along with it. From using this type of therapy my Balance has returned. My husband wanted to buy me a Mountain Bike last year; NO WAY. I now perform the mentioned exercises as well as go through my cell phone; mostly doing maintenance; like deleting pics, texts, etc.; however, not holding onto anything. You can feel the vibes in your ears helping to correct your balance. Also my bottom legs had swelled up; and doing the Vibe thing; that is all gone now. The Lyme also degenerated my bones; and, muscle aches and pain often acompany them. Good Vibrations from this machine are soothing. This machine only weighs 26 pounds; Folks; that is portable. The real Rock Star here is Jay; he is the seller; impressive. I want to use this machine on a long road trip to plug into the cigarette lighter. He has done Due Diligence in checking it out; this machine has not been tested for that. So, as of now, I will use it in the Hotel. I want to try lifting some smaller free weights on it. I mainly use this vibration plate before a workout to warm up and after a workout to prevent soreness. I also like that it may help with lymphatic drainage. It really vibrates the crap out of you on the highest setting. Definitely best to have something to lightly hold on to when it stops. I have no problems with balancing on it while I am using it. I worked my way up from a setting of 20 to 40. I use it at least twice a week. Definitely a keeper.

I absolutely LOVE this machine! I've only had it for a week, but I can already tell it's working! I had surgery 2 years ago and since then have experienced terrible swelling, discomfort/pain and unevenness in my abdominal region. I started getting regular lymphatic drainage massages a year ago and while they have helped, they have not eliminated the issue. And regular massages are $$$. A friend suggested that I try a wbv machine and after doing some research, this one seemed like the best choice. In just a week, I see a noticeable change and my swelling and pain have diminished significantly. But not only that, I honestly feel like I get an endorphin boost when I use it, so I really look forward to using it twice daily. I am SO happy with my purchase!

We are very pleased with our VT003F Vibration Plate. In our family we have elite athletes, and this machine assists not only in the daily maintenance of the body, but also in injury recovery. It is nearly as powerful as the professional power plates we have used at athletic training facilities. I haven't tried other home units, so I can only compare it to the professional ones. Our boys use it daily to prepare their bodies before working out and it's so convenient to use it for warming up right before jogging, for example. My wife builds tone in her arms by lifting light weights as she uses it, and because it promotes lymphatic drainage, it has wonderful health and wellness benefits.

Also, in researching this product, we were specifically looking for a linear motion vibration platform. This one is so much more affordable than others, and upon arrival, we can tell it is of high quality. I have also communicated with their customer support in getting answers to questions and they are very responsive and helpful. This is an excellent product, and I highly recommend this machine for anyone.

I did a lot of research and looked at a lot of machines before I chose this one. I am very glad this is the one I chose. I looked at the lower frequency platforms but I knew I wanted one that went to 30 Hz (bone health) and those did not. This one does (level 13). I also read somewhere that 18 Hz is good for your eyes. That is level 3. Neither of these levels are available in the lower frequency machines.

The shipping and presentation was quick and professional. I unpacked the machine and turned it on and got started. The footprint is very small and I leave it set up behind a chair out of the way but with easy access.

I am in my 60s and have a lot of health issues dating back to a toxic mold exposure and a lot of misdiagnoses and wrong medications. I knew my lymphatic system was clogged and felt very sluggish and overall unhealthy. I tried 10,000 steps a day, body brushing and more to get things moving, but it nothing was working.

I knew that if this helped the price was cheap and if it did not help the price was very expensive. Well it helped from day one! And as far as I know, there is no other platform in this price range with the flexibility and power of this one.

It has been approximately one month since I bought this vibration platform. I use it 2 to 3 times a day for 10 minutes. I feel much better overall. My energy and ability to get on with the day has improved dramatically. I still crash hard at the end of the day, but the day itself is like a whole new me.

The lymphatic system seems to have kicked into gear and is moving along fine now. My body feels more tone even if it does not look more tone. My sleep has improved and I already mentioned the energy.

Great high frequency device on a budget, solid build and customer by JK — 08/04/2018

I did a lot of looking and research on finding a home vibration platform that would help me out with some chronic problems. I almost bought one of the low frequency oscillating platforms (seesaw motion) for about $150 range but realized these would be too limited for my range of uses. The VT00T3F is a low amplitude (the amount of movement), high frequency (the speed of movements) for a cost within home use means. It is not as powerful as the professional ones you’ll find at the gym or PT but those run in the $1000-2000 plus instead of the modest $250 this one costs. Take a look at the Vibration Therapeutic website for information and comparison. I’m very glad I went for this type of machine instead of the cheaper low frequency ones.

I’m in my 60’s, have had chronic fatigue disorder (exertion intolerance) and osteo spurs in one ankle, both of which make active exercise difficult. As it turns out I’ve found that both these conditions are improved by better lymphatic drainage as well. My wife is also concerned about bone health and it appears that the higher frequency vibration is needed to support bone density which cheaper machines aren’t capable of. So my aims are passive exercise, assisted active exercise and muscle toning, lymphatic stimulation and promoting bone health.

I’ve had the VT00T3F for about a week and I am loving it. It appears to be solidly built and sturdy and I feel assured by the 2 year warranty. I’ve had need of customer support as the little remote broke and the customer service response through their Amazon link was fantastic- speedy and helpful, they sent a new one right away. Kudos.

This machine is powerful and may be too strong for some. You have to work with it over time and adjust to use with the stronger modes and faster frequency settings. I’d recommend having a chair back to balance and steady yourself as you experiment with stronger settings as the vibration can feel dizzying. You can also sit in a chair and let it vibrate your feet, sit on the device to stimulate leg and pelvic lymphatics, lie on the floor with calves or thighs on the machine for leg lymphatics and so on. You can find some great exercise sequences to use from the web for this kind of device.

What surprised me was how much my muscles were worked using the platform with different exercises. I was actually sore after the first uses and I could only hold poses for short periods at first. It clearly helps my overall muscle tone, especially if you attend to good posture as you stand on it. Any muscles you intentionally tighten and hold will feel more specifically worked when you get enough vibration going. It also has a noticeable affect on my brain fog as lymphatics get moving, especially head, sinus and neck lymphatic drainage. Very little I’ve tried over many, many years has had an affect on this symptom, so this is of special note. I can kneel on the floor and lean my elbows on the platform and rest my face into my hands to get these lymphatics open.

Overall, my early impressions are of a quality machine, responsive customer service and the closest thing you can get for a budget to high cost professional models and has noticeable impact on supporting my own particular health concerns. I’ll add to this if I have anything useful over time.

PS- I’d recommend getting the vibration dampening pads some have mentioned so you don’t shake the pictures off the wall!
