VT003F vs VT007

VT003F and VT007 are both linear vibration machines that use motor and eccentric wheels to generate high frequency vibration. Both machines have adjustable frequency and two amplitude setting.

Both machines adopt the same set of motor and eccentric wheel assembly and deliver similar performance.

Background

VT003F was originally designed by Jintuo Mechanical & Electrical Manufacturing Ltd in 2014. Its movement pattern, frequency and amplitude have been well approved by thousands of active users. So far over 12000 units of VT003F have been sold in the US.

in 2018, Vibration Therapeutic LLC acquired the design of VT003F and invested in making quality improvements.

As we continued to improve the quality and performance of VT003F, we came to a fundamental constrain of the original design: VT003F has too many parts for a machine that vibrate at a high frequency range. We decided to design a new model that is more reasonable.

After a year and half's efforts and many prototypes, we finished this re-design project. We assign the new machine the model name - VT007. The first production batch of VT007 was launched in June 2021.

The major change is the reduction of part count and separation of the control console from the vibration unit. VT007 has a simplified structure, more durable and reliable. Its modularized design makes service easy when needed.

Durability & Reliability

Due to its simplified structure, VT007 is more durable and reliable.

With the control console separated as a plug-in type box, the circuit and the electronic components will have extended lifespan.

Usability

VT007's machine body is smaller and lighter because its control box is separated from the machine body. VT007's EVA mat sinks into the platform surface. This allows VT007 to provide a slightly larger flat work surface area.

VT007 is also designed shorter in height by lowering the motor / eccentric wheels assembly into the sink on the base plate.

VT007's work surface is entirely flat, compared with VT003F having 4 raised up caps covering the spring. This allows user to conveniently place other exercise equipment on top of the vibration machine, like placing the base plate of a X3 Bar system.

When a machine vibrates, impact and friction between assembled parts produce annoying high pitch mechanical noise. With reduced parts and assemblies, VT007 produces much less high pitch noise.

Easy Self-service

VT007's modularized design make the warranty service easy. The control console is a weak link of this type of consumer grade machine. In case it is damaged, we will immediately ship out a new control console. Installation is just about plugging it in.

For VT003F, the control box issue is the single major quality issue. 1.5% defective rate over the first year of use, mostly occur in the first 3 month.
