All orders are shipped from our warehouse directly to our customers.

Secure Payment The VT e-commerce website is built on the Shopify platform, which complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard Level 1 and utilizes SSL certificates to ensure secure credit card transactions and protect customers' information.
As the merchant, we don't have access to customer's complete credit card number, expiration date and the CVV code.
No Sales Tax Currently there is no sales tax collected for orders placed on our e-commerce website, except for orders from Minnesota.

We do not use local distributors outside the US and China because their added warehousing costs, handling fees, and margins result in significantly higher prices for our customers.
While shipping directly from our warehouses in the US or China to you may seem expensive, the overall landed cost of delivering our vibration plates to your doorstep is actually lower.
All international orders are shipped from our warehouses in Minnesota or Shanghai depending on the order destinations.
