1100 Units of VT007 Vibration Plate Stolen
The Theft

In February 2025, a full-trailer load of our VT007 vibration plates (a total of 1100 units) were stolen entirely at the Port of Seattle.
We immediately filed police report to Seattle Police Department about the theft.
In about a month, after several follow-up inquires, we finally received a response from a SPD detective assigned to our case.
It appeared SPD made no investigation whatsoever, except for the detective later calling us to confirm we were the victim cargo owner.
The thieves should not be difficult to track down, as we provided detailed information of the theft and the relevant parties, and followed up with other solid information we found out.
Stolen VT007 Sold on eBay

In the second half of March, we found the stolen VT007 units were listed to sell on eBay by a couple of sellers, while as the product owner, we were out of stock.
Obviously these sellers were the thieves or their affiliates, as they told interested buyers that they had many VT007 units and provided pictures. Their eBay seller profile showed they were located in the Los Angeles area.
We immediately reported our findings to the SPD detective. He therefore passed our case to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The SPD detective expressed his sincere apology and sympathy. He considered his job was done after he passed our case to the LAPD.
Not receiving any response from the LAPD, we asked the Seattle detective to get us connected to the corresponding LAPD detective. He told us he could not provide that information according to some policy...
LAPD Responded Briefly...
Three months later, at the end of June, we finally received an email from a LAPD detective.
He apologized the delay and said he “intended to knock on some doors this week..."
At the time we found more listings of the stolen VT007 in more places, including Facebook and walmart.com. We provided these listings and seller profiles to the LAPD detective.
(The seller on walmart.com should be easier to identify than those on eBay and Facebook due to stricter registration and approval processes. This particular seller listed a wide range of unrelated products, suggesting possible involvement in an organized operation dealing in many stolen goods.)

"I am off next week so I can take another stab at this the week of the 7th"
That was the last message we received from the LAPD, and our email inquires to the dectective were simply ignored.
We can easily recognize the stolen VT007 units, as they were of a new version and we kept this version uniquely distinguishable after the theft.
Thieves at Large, No Action by LAPD
The theft hugely impacted our business.
Into 2026, more and more stolen VT007 are listed and sold across multiple online platforms, continuing the damage to our business and reputation.

Buyers are frustrated when realizing they purchased stolen commodities with no support and product warranty.
As of April, 2026, still no any message from the LAPD.
AI Generated ImageWhere are the Stolen VT007 Units

In January 2026, a California trucking company sent us an invoice packet asking payment for shipping a trailer load of VT007 from the Seattle warehouse where the VT007 was stolen, to a warehouse at 20743 Dearborn St, Chatsworth, CA 91311, delivered March 2nd, 2025.
This obviously was the warehouse that the entire batch of stolen VT007 was first delivered to. Some stolen goods may still be there.
The invoice contains the names and addresses of the trucker, shipper, consignee, payee and the warehouse. Some of them are mostly likely involved in the theft or at least have good information lead to the thieves.
This is like the thieves sent a message to me: Hey cargo owner, we stole your cargo and shipped it to this warehouse. Here is the shipping bill. Please pay.
We immediately transferred these information and the invoice packet to the Seattle detective who told us he has transferred all these info to the LAPD.
Again, no any response from the LAPD.
In addition, some customers purchased the stolen VT007 units sent us the photos of the shipping labels on the packages. Many of these shipping labels have the same ship-from name and address:
Tovmas Deal’s
8557 San Fernando Rd
Sun Valley, CA 91352
Google map shows this address as a big commercial building. It is most likely a place where some or all stolen VT007 units are stored.
Theft is like managing a supply chain and conducting a normal business.
We will continue to update this ongoing story.
